The other day I was going through a drive thru and it made me think… where the heck did customer service go?
I know, since I work in the restaurant industry, i always try to make customers happy, and keep a positive attitude to keep my customers…. this person was so angry, she didnt evenn say hey, or that will be $4.83 sense.. it was put hand out the money, took money, gave change, gave order and closed the window…
yeah, its not like a sit down restaurant but really? you hate your life that much you cant even say hi? if you dont like your job..get a new one!

Part of the problem is the damn franchises. They prey on the vulnerable and are complete sons-of-bitches. Another part of the problem is that respect seems to have gone down the drain while people are greedy. “Well, I’m giving you food, why do I have to make eye contact?” A smile goes a mile!
And don’t get me started on how drive-thrus are the invention of the devil himself, contributing to environmental depletion, our obese, gratify-my now culture..
